A/Professor Weranja Ranasinghe is an Australian-trained consultant urologist and uro-oncologic surgeon with a public and private practice in Melbourne. He has extensive experience in treating patients with urological conditions and is internationally recognised for his work in urologic cancers.
A/Professor Weranja is the clinical head of Urologic Oncologic surgery at Monash Health and the deputy leader for the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand GU-Oncology Special Advisory Group. He serves on several advisory committees including the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and actively engages in prostate cancer consumer groups for the benefit of the patients.
