Dr Amy Davies is a highly qualified Medical Oncologist with a strong interest in breast cancer and molecular oncology. She is also comfortable managing a variety of other solid organ malignancies. In addition to her Epworth appointment, Amy also works regionally in Bendigo.

Her educational background includes Bachelor of Clinical Sciences, Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery, Masters of Public Health and Masters of Medicine. Dr. Davies has achieved Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) status after extensive training across multiple Victorian health institutions.

Amy has been a sub-investigator on several late phase breast cancer and lung cancer clinical trials. She is currently a Medical Monitor for a phase II combination immunotherapy trial which is co-lead from the George Institute, UNSW and the MoST program.

Dr Davies is a member of the Omico Molecular Oncology Board, providing genomic profiling to adults with cancer across Australia. Amy is also a Clinical Adviser and member of the LifeStrands Molecular Tumour Board, which specialises in cancer genomics.

In addition to her clinical work, she actively participates in the medical community as a member of the eviQ Neurological Reference Committee and has previously served on an Expert Advisory Panel for Brain Cancer Research appointed by the Federal Minister of Health. Amy was also previously the Stream Lead for Neuro-Oncology at Latrobe Regional Health.
