Dr. Brendan Wisniowski is a haematologist and amyloidosis specialist. He spent several years in London as a consultant haematologist, based at the University College Hospital and the National Amyloidosis Centre. He has expertise in the evaluation and management of benign and malignant haematological disorders, with special interests including plasma cell disorders such as myeloma and systemic AL amyloidosis, and autologous stem cell transplantation. He is an investigator on multiple clinical trials and is actively engaged in research.
He has been a member of the Precision Haematology team since 2023 and holds a public appointment at Box Hill Hospital, where he is a clinical haematologist and the Amyloidosis Lead for the Victorian and Tasmanian Amyloidosis Service.
