Dr Stambe is a Consultant Nephrologist and General Physician at Epworth Eastern. He graduated Dux of Medicine from Monash University, in 1991, and went on to complete his training specialising in Nephrology.
He completed his PhD, in 2003 investigating mechanisms of inflammation in renal disease, for which he was awarded the Young Investigator Award.
Dr Stambe was Director of Renal Transplant team at Monash Medical Centre in 2004.
