Dr Floyd Dias graduated from Monash University and completed specialist training in Geriatric Medicine, and General and Acute Care Medicine at Monash Health and Alfred Health. He has also completed a Master of Medicine at the University of Sydney and the Clinical Foundation in Palliative Medicine through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Dr Dias provides comprehensive specialist care across general medicine, geriatric medicine, and perioperative medicine. He is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the inpatient, outpatient, and residential aged care settings, with a focus on optimising health, function, and quality of life for older adults.

His clinical interests include comprehensive geriatric assessment, perioperative optimisation of older patients, dementia management, falls prevention, frailty, and the management of complex multimorbidity. He is dedicated to working collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support healthy ageing with dignity and independence.
