Dr Jacqui Dobson has over 20 years of experience in gastroenterology. Jacqui has very broad interests, including functional gut disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, hepatic disorders and general gastroenterology.

Jacqui had research involvement into metabolic liver disease, the metabolic syndrome and is very interested in how to manage these issues in a collaborative and multidisciplinary way. This includes with local GPs, other specialists, allied health and, most importantly, the patients themselves. Jacqui encourages and promotes patient centred care, putting the patient at the centre of planning and direction of their care, whilst providing the information and support required.
