Kathryn is a paediatric allergy and immunology specialist. She attained her medical degree from Monash University, and undertook most of her specialist training at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne, as well as rotations in hospitals across Victoria and the Northern Territory. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP) in paediatric immunology and allergy and general paediatrics, and a member of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA).

Kathryn values evidence-based clinical practice and is an honorary research fellow in the Population Allergy Unit at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute in Melbourne.

Kathryn enjoys managing a range of conditions in infants and children of all ages, including food allergies, eczema, urticaria (hives), asthma, allergic rhinitis (hay fever) including aeroallergen desensitisation, drug allergy, insect sting allergy and recurrent infections. She strives to provide an evidence-based and holistic approach to patient care, and aims to empower families with the tools and confidence to manage their condition.

Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She jumps at any opportunity to be active outdoors, and will welcome any recommendations for beautiful hiking locations.
