Mr Kiat LIM (MBBS, FRACS, MSurg) is a sub-specialised surgeon with interest in Upper Gastrointestinal, Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery. He was one of the few pioneering trainees accredited by ANZGOSA.

Kiat is a staff specialist at The Austin with an active research and academic role. He is also a member of ANZMOSS, IFSO, ANZGOSA.

One of his strengths is to engage with patients and to ensure that patient understands the disease process, treatment options and realistic outcomes. He is focused on utilising the latest techniques in minimally invasive surgery and quick recovery programmes for the best outcomes.
