Dr Lipi Shukla is a Melbourne-based Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with special interests in peripheral nerve surgery, neuralgia-related headache disorders, and reconstructive microsurgery for trauma and cancer (such as skin and breast cancers).

Dr Shukla consults in East Melbourne and Brighton. Following an international fellowship in peripheral nerve surgery, she has a sub subspecialisation in advanced techniques for nerve decompression and reconstruction, particularly for patients with chronic pain, post-traumatic nerve injury and neuralgia related headache disorders such as occipital neuralgia.

Her ongoing research focuses on peripheral nerve regeneration and the therapeutic potential of adipose-derived stem cells. She continues to publish papers in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international meetings.

Dedicated to bridging science and clinical practice, Dr Shukla continues to advance patient-centred innovations through research, education, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
