Dr Monika Hasnat is a Paediatric Rehabilitation Specialists and sees children and young people with differences in function or disability. Monika is experienced in physical management of children with cerebral palsy, including assessment of muscle tone and movements, administration of botulinum toxin injections, and assessing children for interventions such as selective dorsal rhizotomy and intrathecal baclofen. Monika also has an interest in the rehabilitation care of children with spinal cord injury, neurological and neuromuscular conditions and acquired brain injury. Monika enjoys working together with children, their families, schools and allied health professionals to maximise the functional capacities of each individual.
