Naylin is an interventional cardiologist specialising in coronary stents and intracoronary imaging coronary artery disease. He is qualified in Australia at the highest level as MD PhD. He did his cardiology specialist training via the prestigious Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP). His interventional and procedural training was at the Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane and the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) where he completed his PhD. His PhD thesis was in Valvular Heart Disease and the timing of surgery.
Naylin serves as an Associate Professor academically and has appointments at The Alfred Hospital and Epworth Richmond. He has a successful practice in Albury, expertly run by highly qualified administrative staff. His service to the community has resulted in a recognition award by the Governor-General of the Commonwealth in 2018. Naylin has enjoyed a successful career being a humanitarian at heart.
