Dr Noriko Kawasaki is an Australian trained general adult psychiatrist. She completed her medical degree and Master of Psychiatry through the University of Melbourne.

She undertook her specialist training at Austin Health and St Vincent's Health, Melbourne, where she managed a range of psychiatric conditions including those in the perinatal period, post-traumatic stress disorder, functional neurological disorder, and psychiatric presentations associated with acquired brain injury, neurodevelopmental disorders and cancer.

Dr Kawasaki is particularly interested in perinatal psychiatry, mood disorders and trauma-related conditions. She believes in utilising both biological and psychotherapeutic approaches tailored to the individual patient.

Dr Kawasaki also works as a consultant psychiatrist at the Royal Melbourne Hospital's inpatient unit where she manages complex and acute presentations.
