Dr Rehana Di Rico is a consultant physician in rehabilitation medicine, specialising in orthopaedic rehabilitation following joint replacement surgeries, spinal surgeries and musculoskeletal injuries. She also specialises in rehabilitation of patients with complex medical conditions who require reconditioning after prolonged hospital stays. Rehana works closely with her patients and their treating team to achieve high quality functional outcomes and a positive experience for those under her care.
Rehana is a senior healthcare leader with over 15 years’ experience across hospital, government and academic sectors, holding triple-specialist qualifications in Rehabilitation Medicine, Public Health Medicine and Medical Administration, alongside a research Masters from the University of Cambridge. She is committed to evidence-based practice and holds an honorary research appointment with the Epworth Monash Rehabilitation Unit. As an accredited RACP supervisor, Rehana actively teaches and mentors junior doctors to support the growth of our future clinician leaders.
