I am a respiratory and sleep physician, the executive lead of the Lung Cancer service at Monash Health, and a pulmonary hypertension specialist at The Alfred Hospital. I also look after patients with lung nodules, asthma, sleep apnoea and a broad range of other sleep and respiratory disorders.
I am experienced in bronchoscopy and endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS).
I completed my medical degree at Monash University, graduating dux of my year, and achieved the highest score in the Royal Australasian College of Physicians examination. I went on to undertake a pulmonary hypertension fellowship at Toronto General Hospital on scholarship and completed a Master’s degree at Harvard University.
I am an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Monash University and am actively involved in clinical research. I have served as the principal investigator for several multicentre clinical trials. I have held leadership roles within the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand, including as an executive member and treasurer of the Victorian branch.
