Dr Shih-Ern Yao is delighted to introduce himself a new gynaecological oncologist at Epworth. He is dedicated to the care of women through excellence, empathy and empowerment and has had extensive clinical and surgical training at integrated cancer centres in Melbourne, Brisbane and London. Dr Yao is proficient in the treatment of gynaecological malignancies through the latest advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques and also has interests in surgical education, the prevention of gynaecological cancers in high risk patient groups and the management of gynaecological dysplasia.
