Dr. Xu has been practicing medicine since 1991 and spent six years working as a physician in China. He is a general psychiatrist with a wide range of interests, including depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, autism, ADHD, OCD, neurostimulation, TMS, ECT, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Dr. Xu utilizes various psychotherapies such as psychodynamic therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and he prescribes a range of medications, including Clozapine and cognitive enhancers. He is experienced in treating WorkCover and DVA patients. Additionally, Dr. Xu has a background in medical science research and traditional Chinese medicine.
