Dr Christopher Spelman is an Australian fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon. He has recently relocated to Melbourne from Sydney, where he worked in both public and private settings treating both children and adults. Dr Spelman will be practicing privately through at Epworth Hospital in Melbourne and has a public appointment at Monash Health.

Dr Spelman is a subspecialist hip and knee surgeon, with a special interest in hip preservation surgery, hip and knee arthroplasty (joint replacement) and sports knee surgery. He also specialises in management of all paediatric hip and knee disorders.

Dr Spelman is passionate about working collaboratively with his patients and other health professionals including physiotherapists, GPs and sports medicine physicians to ensure his patients receive the best possible care.
