Mr Nizam is a specialist in hip and knee surgery, with an interest in Bikini anterior total hip replacements and the Enhanced Recovery Programme. He has worked closely with the team that developed the LIA technique for joint replacements in Sydney, and has witnessed excellent outcomes following joint replacements, hip resurfacings, revision surgery and other orthopaedic procedures enabling early mobilisation and discharge after a single overnight stay in hospital, with reduced post-operative complications. Mr Nizam also has extensive experience in hip arthroscopy, sports injuries and trauma.
