MrNiyazNaqash

Mr Naqash completed his Masters of General Surgery at Nagpur University in 1990 & Masters of Thoracic Surgery at Bombay University in 1993. He moved to Australia to take up a position at St Vincent's Hospital in 1994, which allowed him to further his studies in cardiothoracic surgery. Mr Naqash completed his fellowship in Acute General Surgery at Monash Health, and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2009.

Mr Naqash has vast experience in surgery, with particular areas of interest in laparoscopic surgery including hernia repair, cholecystectomy, single port surgery and colorectal surgery.

He is an instructor for Australian and New Zealand Surgical Skills Education and Training Course, and teaches post graduate and undergraduate medical students at Monash Health.
