Having gained his specialty qualification (FRACDS (OMS) in 2009, after completing his training in Victoria, Richard has located with his wife and four young children to the Geelong region. It was through his exposure to the Geelong area during specialist training in 2006 that Richard entertained the vision to return to the area and participate in the development of the Oral and Maxillofacial speciality within the region.
