Dr Ali Kosari is the founder of Eastern Geriatric Associates, with dual fellowships in Geriatrics and General Medicine. He is a highly experienced geriatrician with an interest in the management of delirium, dementia and the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD). He also has extensive experience in preoperative medicine, including chronic pain management and prescribing medicinal Cannabis.

He is available for geriatric and general medicine (including periop) admissions at Epworth Richmond and Epworth Freemasons, and for outpatient follow up at Epworth Camberwell. He also offers nursing home visits upon GP requests.
