A/Prof Len Kliman has been a gynaecologist for over 35 years. He has worked and trained at the Royal Women's Hospital where he was head of the unit and a consultant for over 20 years. At the Epworth Freemasons, he was Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and was the Deputy Chairman of the Clinical Institute for Obstetrics and Gynaecology when it first began. He initiated student teaching at Epworth Freemasons and also peer review through appropriate meetings. He has a special interest in pelvic pain, endometriosis, premenstrual dysphoria disorder, menstrual disorders, abnormal pap smears, the management of menopause and vulval and vaginal skin disorders. He has carried out a course in Sydney involving advanced laparoscopic surgery, is a certified Colposcopist with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and is also certified in the clinical practice of ultrasound through the Australian Society of Ultrasound in Medicine.

Len is an affiliated gynaecologist with the Julia Argyrou Endometriosis Centre at Epworth.
