Dr Naseem Mirbagheri is an Australian trained General Surgeon specialising in Colorectal and Pelvic Floor Surgery, making her one of the few female colorectal surgeons in Victoria and the only female surgeon with a PhD in Pelvic Floor Disorders. Dr Mirbagheri is highly trained and highly qualified in advanced laparoscopic and open surgery, as well as pelvic floor diagnostics, pelvic floor surgery and endoscopy. Her current research is in the pathophysiology of faecal incontinence and means to improve the management of this condition.
