Dr Simon Joosten has substantial experience in obstructive sleep apnoea, control of breathing and upper airway physiology. He is a senior lecturer and research fellow at Monash University and an NHMRC early career fellow. His main clinical interests are in diagnosing and treating obstructive sleep apnoea, and in tailoring treatment to patient physiology. His publication track record demonstrates international leadership in the area of sleep apnoea physiology and personalised medicine for obstructive sleep apnoea.
