Mr Matt Barnes is a fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in the treatment of hip and knee conditions.
After receiving his medical degree at the University of Melbourne Mr Barnes went on to complete the Orthopaedic Training program with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Melbourne, and is a registered fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association.
Mr Barnes has been awarded several prestigious international fellowships. His areas of expertise are hip replacement surgery including anterior approach, hip arthroscopy and revision hip replacement. His expert skills extend to knee replacement surgery and sports knee including ligament reconstruction and arthroscopy.
