A/Prof Paul Paddle has subspecialist fellowship training in disorders of voice, airway and swallowing, with strengths also in paediatric and general ENT. His main surgical interests include general anaesthetic and office-based procedures for voice, airway and swallow. He has an enduring commitment to teaching, research, innovation and equitable access to healthcare, and is a current recipient of a number of research grants, as well as co-founder of a number of health tech companies including in paediatric obstructive sleep apnoea screening and treatment, and AI based medical scribes. He is an early adopter of technology and actively seeks to add to the evidence base for these technologies and help find their place in cutting edge ENT care.
