Overview:
This session aims to equip general practitioners with practical, evidence-based knowledge and tools to support the diagnosis, identification of referrals, and ongoing management of ADHD in everyday general practice.
Dr Michael Chung will cover key indicators for recognising ADHD, clarify referral pathways, and outline strategies for collaborative care with specialists, general practitioners and families.

Dr Michael Chung - Psychiatrist
Dr Michael Chung is an Australian trained Psychiatrist. He takes a practical and holistic approach to mental health treatment. His primary areas of interest in psychiatry are ADHD, bipolar affective disorder, short-stay psychiatry, first episode psychosis and mania, food as medicine, supplements in psychiatry, internet and gaming use disorders, borderline personality disorder, men's mental health, and working with young adults.
Dr Chung is Mandarin-speaking and offers both inpatient and outpatient services at Epworth Camberwell, as well as limited sessions for university students at the Monash University health service.

- 1.5 CPD hr: 1 hr Educational activities, 0.5 hr Reviewing performance
