Epworth Rehabilitation offers inpatient, outpatient and home or community-based programs, depending on individual needs.

A referral from a GP, specialist or other health professional is required to access Epworth Rehabilitation programs.

Hospital assessment and transfer
The Epworth Rehabilitation External Assessment Team are available to visit and assess patients in non-Epworth hospitals.

Facilities
Epworth Geelong provides modern, purpose-designed rehabilitation facilities including:
- hydrotherapy pool
- gym
- sleep unit
- clinical areas to replicate daily activities to promote independence in the home, workplace, school or community.
Location
Rehabilitation therapies reception, the hydrotherapy pool and gym are located on level LG of Epworth Geelong. Sleep studies and activities of daily living are located on level 4.
